Started in 1980 by my father-in-law. My husband B.Y.Umashankar took over and developed it vastly in 3 different verticals. One was purely for manufacturing process which was related only with getting machines for the industry which was needed. The second one was a major one which was involved with preparation of various raw materials which was needed for agarbathi. Charcoal and natural jiggit were the major manufacture and was distributed all over India. And the third one was we can say R&D and also manufacturing all perfumes and scents which was needed in the agarbathi industry. This was developed with more trusted customers day by day and business grew and brand was very famous as "Shree Sharadha products" by 1996.So everything got settled my husband started the journey of sharing knowledge and giving livelihood to many people. But until 2018 which was unexpected ,we lost Him due to aneurysm.And now as His wife, I didn't want to let go. I acquired knowledge in the field to build it up again and skilled myself as a woman entrepreneur and started my journey.......
I renamed it as Belur products.

My husband's dreams to make it true and his pure devotion and dedication towards his work, inspired me to drive the motto of the business. He had invented his own agarbathi, indeed a very different one named "Sharadha flora ".
I have upfront myself to take it next levels of business and upgrade to today's digital world with the best possibilities.

I had to take the decision whether to let go and take care of myself and my children as a homemaker or have the guts to run the industry as a woman entrepreneur, without knowledge and experience. Deep in my guts, I had the belief in the product and in building up the industry, I will achieve and prosper as a woman entrepreneur, will reach my goals and my vision and mission.

My favourite aspect will be continuous as a learner in aspects of leadership,knowledge and accountability of development and management skills.

When my first customer called and ordered for agarbathi, I was happy to deliver at the right time. My customer was so happy and rejoiced, called me personally and asked, ' Where were you all these years. I couldn't find such a genuine agarbathi like yours in the market'. She spoke to me for a while, and to my surprise I received a thank you gift from her.
My childhood friend, and now my happy customer, had purchased Sharadha flora. She is sensitive for allergies and asthma, and after using the product, was indeed, overwhelmed. She was so happy, as she was saying, after all these long years she could get the product what she wanted. Now she has become a regular purchaser and also has given many references.

My product Sharadha flora stands unique, has a glory of style, has longlasting fragrance. The USP of the products- it does not pollute and contributes to the saving of Mother Earth from pollution by using sustainable packaging and recycling the natural waste produced during the manufacturing process.
The smoke emitted from our incense sticks is pollutant-free. The fragrances used in our varieties are matched to combine the likes of everyone which makes us distinct due to the natural ingredients used in our products.
My stakeholders,my trust towards my customers and vice versa. In our industry we follow and believe the system of Vasudevakutumbam.

Challenges are the part which gives you the opportunity to learn more. I accept them in a very positive way,seek out solution which benefits my business. I am learning and will be as a solver all time.
