CHOCOIESTRY- Every Cake Has A Story
So basically I started this with passion of making chocolates in 2008 got deeper in the field with chocolate bouquets and learning cakes... cakes attracted me more n I started doing more research gaining more technical knowledge.... learnt new techniques and this is how passion got converted to do something out of it... so I started making cakes for friends & families getting positive reviews and got into taking orders and today here I have my own brand.

What motivated you to become a Skillpreneur?

Ok so I always had interest in baking n cooking but there is this pastry chef called RUHEE BHIMANI LOKHANDWALA I use to follow her on fb she used to put this little videos n competition I also participated in few of them n that’s how I got inspired by her to get into this profession learnt many things from her and also still admire her.

How did you know when you had the right idea?

I used bake cakes for friends n family
Got many positive reviews and one day my cousin called me n said it’s my aunts 61 bday I want you to bake cake but it will be paid order at first I was not sure but then that gave me a boost to start with something n concentrate more on this profession.

What is your favorite aspect of being a Skillpreneur?

That whatever knowledge I know or I have gained I love to share it with people and guide many upcoming bakers for developing better skills and making alll their journey more easy.

Share any interesting experience after becoming a Skillpreneur.

Baking is not just hobby or passion you can actually make a good career out of it..: It happened 3 years back one girl who did few basic baking Classes with me but her parents were not sure if this was right career for her so she bought her mom to my place n I made her mom understand how beautiful it is to be baker n spread happiness make occasions special n always pleasure to be on positive thoughts n now she is a little wonderful baker in Bangalore.

CHOCOIESTRY- Every Cake Has A Story We believe in making this stories memorable... We create customised cakes as per your demands let your dreams turn to reality.. Being a cake artist I love to put my efforts to bring out the best creations for my clients.

What Drives You to Keep Going When It's Really Tough?

My mom
She has always inspired me to keep doing good work in whatever comes in life fight back and you will get results
N trust me it’s true when you have strong support system like mothers you can achieve everything.

What are some of the mistakes you wished you could've avoided?

I wish I could have chose this profession in early stage of my life and taken it more seriously I would have been persuaded education in catering.

How do you achieve work-life balance?

When you have supportive family and husband everything is life balances in it own way.

What advice would you give someone who is interested in starting their own business?

If you are passionate about thing you can surely turn passion to profession by working hard and giving it ur best!
